For a Quotation:
If you’re ready to begin your adventure with us, please include the following details in your email:
- Full names of all group members
- Age and gender of each person
- Fitness level (very fit, reasonably fit, or limited fitness)
- Preferred travel dates
- Trip combination preferences (e.g., Trekking with or without rock climbing)
- Optional add-ons (Overnight in a village, a few days at the beach)
- Whether you’d like us to arrange your first and last night in Nairobi
Once we have these details, We’ll prepare a personalized quote for your group in your preferred currency.
Booking
To confirm your reservation, we require a 40% deposit. The remaining balance should be settled before departure.
Preparations
Once we receive your deposit, we’ll send you detailed trip information, including:
- A checklist of essential items you must bring
- Recommended items that are useful to have
- Optional items you can purchase at lower prices here in Kenya
Your Arrival
On arrival, you’ll spend your first night in a comfortable Nairobi hotel to relax and recover from your flight. After breakfast the next morning, we’ll meet you—and your adventure begins!
Important Note on Currency
When traveling to East Africa, please bring U.S. Dollar notes issued after the year 2000. Older notes are difficult to use, even at banks.

We’ve listed guide prices under the Mountains and Safaris sections. You’ll also find rates for more complex itineraries, such as combining two mountain climbs or adding rock climbing.
Booking Mount Kenya and Kilimanjaro climbs:
We encourage conversation! Start by reaching out to us with your preferred dates, group size, ages, and the trip—or mix of trips—that interests you. We’ll then provide a fixed quotation, and once your deposit is placed, that price is guaranteed.
Our quotations do not include the following:
- International airfares to Nairobi, so we recommend choosing dates that give you the best rates from discount travel agents.
- Accommodation for your first and last nights in Nairobi—though we’ll happily arrange this for you if needed.
